Rustic Mountain RetreatOverall, our stay had some positives, but also a major issue that would make me think twice about returning.The cabin itself was very nice—spacious, clean inside, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a big plus, and the kids really enjoyed them during our stay. The host also communicated well and was responsive when I raised concerns, which I appreciated.However, the biggest downside was the condition of the grounds. There was a lot of trash and litter around the property. I’ve stayed at many cabins and vacation rentals before and have never seen that much trash around the premises. The host did send someone out on our last day to clean up the trash in the back, which I appreciated, but unfortunately it was something we had to look at for most of the stay.While the inside of the cabin was nice and comfortable, the outside grounds really need better upkeep. Because of that, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Dollywood DelightsCleanliness is an absolute concern with this unit. The downstairs/master shower was covered in a large amount of hair all over the walls and the floor was slimy. There were giant ants all over the unit. And my kids are now covered in a rash from either the pool or the hot tub. The pool toys were all broken/non functional and the pool is advertised as heated which isn’t true. The water was 70 degrees. The unit is much smaller than pictures show. It’s hard to play pool in the upstairs game area because the pool sticks will hit the walls or windows. And there is no indoor seating for eating. The “view” is atrocious….the decks look directly out to a yard filled with wood and debris and a giant trash dumpster where people pull up randomly throughout the night and appear to illegally dump trash. Trash was piled all over the ground and around the dumpster.

Escape to EleganceAbsolutely NOT FOR A FAMILY!! Amenities are GREAT for a young couple who wants to party alot , there's no living room, the loft up stairs is small and not comfortable, furniture is like office furniture threw out the house. The other beds that sleep 4, are matress a inch thick on fold out love sleep and have seen better days, kitchen chairs are like waiting room chairs. I dont mean for this to be a bad review,more of a warning to familes who want a cozy feeling or to just to relax , NOT kid friendly at all! My older in age mother went with us and for her to sit comfortably she sat in rocking chairs outside. Lots of stairs.

Family OasisDefinitely get this place or another by this team of people! 100000/10 there was so much to do here and so many places to see! We loved the Mountain View’s while driving everywhere!!! Definitely a place for the bucket list! The host was fantastic and the place was clean and tidy! Loved all the amenities they had!!!!

Serene Mountain Retreat"We had an amazing stay at this cabin! The location is peaceful and the views are breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to disconnect and enjoy nature. The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!"

Hidden Gem MasterpieceWe checked out at 7:30 am this morning. I just wanted you to know how dirty your property was. We found mice poop on 3 beds,on the towels in bathroom, steps and on the top of cupboards. Last night opening silverware drawer a cockroach was in there. Table lights in bedrooms had bad bulbs and wasn’t put together. Pillow case had a pimple patch that had pus and blood on it, no way sheets had been washed, garbage around the house, in pool area uninflated pool toys all in a pile along with garbage from pool toys along with broken toys. Stickers on wall of play area, Several broken chairs, ice makers broke, dish washer would take twice running and the water wouldn’t drain out completely. Floors had hair and dirt could have not been swept or mopped. Outdoor furniture was so dirty we didn’t want to sit on it. Popcorn machine handle was broke, Pac-Man machine joy stick was not working correctly, pillows on coaches are stained and so dirty I played them on the floor because I didn’t want anyone

Sweet EscapeWe had a great stay overall! The place was very kid-friendly, which made traveling with our family so much easier and more enjoyable. The space was comfortable and worked well for us. There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay, but the host responded quickly and took care of everything right away. We really appreciated the fast communication and willingness to help. Because of that, our experience remained positive, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Luxe Mountain Pool EscapeThis home was so great for us! It was very spacious,clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool,hot tub,game room and the view! An added bonus was, the beds were very comfortable!

Heavenly BlissThe cabin was pristine and just as wonderful as advertised. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the mountains. The staff checked up on us to be sure everything was satisfactory. Cannot say enough great things about this place. We really enjoyed the movie theatre room and the spa every day!

Twin Summit ResortWe rented the two cabins side by side for my birthday trip! It was really convenient to be so close. The view was spectacular and the cabins were absolutely beautiful. At night they have lights strung outside and you can see the whole city. My only frustration was the hot tub and pool seemed to be on a timer or something because we couldn’t get them warm/working very late night but they worked during the day and evening? Otherwise everything was great! The owners were very responsive and nice! Oh I do think they could sweep the floor a little better, but that’s my ocd cleaning self talking :-) The cabins were pretty clean and had the amenities listed!

Sweet EscapeThe house was perfect for our family of 8 adults, 2 teenagers, a 6 year old, a 3 year old, and a 6 month old. It has space for everyone, it had activities for all our ages. It was a 15 minute drive to the park entrance. About 10 minutes to the strip, and only a few minutes from what felt like the only grocery in Gatlinburg, so very convenient. The views are great from all 3 balconies. This is a great house for a family like ours.

Whispering Pines RetreatI can’t say enough nice things about our stay. The cabin exceeded my expectations. The pool was perfect! So much for my 4 kids to do. Lots of space. We will definitely stay here again.

Mountain MajestyThis house was huge. It was very clean. The furniture was comfortable. There was plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. The pool was great. The location was peaceful and quiet but convenient to downtown.

Escape to EleganceMy husband and I had a wonderful stay! He loves to watch movies so he really enjoyed the movie theatre downstairs, we loved the pool and hot tub. Everything was perfectly clean and ready for our arrival. Our doggies enjoyed the fenced in porch. The only recommendation I can think of is an outdoor, fenced in area for pets to enjoy..if that is something you all are able to do. Our stay was amazing, and we thank you :)
