Serene Mountain RetreatWe had a wonderful family trip and truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. You can really tell that a lot of time and thought was put into the cabin interior, and it truly shows in all the details. The balcony views overlooking Pigeon Forge were absolutely breathtaking and made the experience even more special. It was such a peaceful place to relax and take everything in. Great place to spend quality time together, and we would definitely consider staying again.

Summit Luxe ResortI rented 2 cabins for my 50th bday. Both cabins were spacious and clean. My family and friends had plenty of space to relax and there lots of activities to do. Would definitely recommend

Luxe Mountain Pool EscapeThe host team was very good at communicating. All check-in information was received promptly and completely, and any thing additional was clear (keeping the pipes flowing during extremely cold freezing weather).The property was excellent. We were lucky enough to come to the mountains and immediately get snowed in, so we got good use out of the amenities. We cooked multiple meals in the kitchen and had all the necessary tools available. Cookware was clean and performed well.Bedrooms and bathrooms were great, no complaints. Overall liked the decorating as it felt like a warm inviting space, in between rustic cabin and luxurious. It was great for a family of 5, everyone had their own space.The pool was fine but we unfortunately got extremely cold weather. While the pool is indoor and heated, it's not connected to the main space's air temperature, so the air was very cold for us.On the other hand, the jacuzzi was awesome and we enjoyed using that immensely. Worked great, and clean. We appreciated that everything was well taken care of and jacuzzi refilled for our stay. The game room was the star of the show. The pool table worked great and got a lot of use. Basketball was fun but unfortunately didn't seem to be working/turning on. We played without it anyhow. Video games worked great. Wet bar/mini fridge!The theater was a sleeper star. Bigger TV than pictured and it was a good experience. I didn't expect much but ended up loving it.

Elegant Elite EstateI have never given a bad review until now. There was a state of emergency issued due to and impending ice storm in both TN and NC. I asked the host about contingency plans for power outages, road closures, and what happens if we can't leave due to ice conditions, etc. Each answer was met with passive aggressive responses that placed all burden on either our group, or the city of Pigeon Forge, or someone else. No refunds were offered nor any postponement dates or options. The reinforced response was always "Our policy is NO REFUNDS." I don't know about the house. My only experience was with the host. And that experience wasn't good. I will never book with this host and would never recommend anyone book with them. I am currently dealing with insurance to try and get reimbursement but this host was anything but professional. It was clear that they only thought about their own profits and didn't consider the safety of those visiting this home. Sad reflection on them and PF.

Escape to EleganceIt was a very nice place to stay. It was quiet, very peaceful. You could play music. Nobody bother you. The cabin was very cozy and as well as updated. The Pool was great kids. Enjoy that very much. The Jacuzzi was wonderful. Very clean over all . I recommend this cabin.
